Proof if ever it were needed of the bountiful existence of original WW2 artefacts still to be found on the former battlefields of Europe are shown here. These items were all sourced from a farmer in the Chambois area of Normandy.
Among the items on display; Wheels from Sd.kfz 250, 251 and Kettenkrad, road wheels from a Panther tank, Panther track link, German jerry cans, k98 rifle pouches, concrete demolition charges, shell carriers, tellermine carry cases.
The large plate below left is a side skirt from an assault gun.
